Jack is a Licensed Associate Broker with over 35 years of real estate experience who has focused on the North Shore of Long Island during his career.  He is a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association mortgage banking program, and a former N.Y.S. Certified General Appraiser.

While working in the banking industry for 20-plus years Jack gained valuable experience as a Residential and Commercial Appraiser, R.E.O. portfolio manager, and as a residential and commercial Loan Officer.  A highlight of his career, working for Astoria Federal Savings, was being promoted to the first Assistant Vice President of Real Estate negotiating for, and culminating in, the sale of a multi-million-dollar Staten Island shopping center.

Having worked with different real estate organizations, Jack wanted to become associated with a brand known for its excellence as a top-notch leader in the real estate industry.  Jack chose to become a member of the Howard Hanna-Coach Realtors family known for its track record of success and valuable resources in the real estate community.

Jack’s experience and negotiation skills have earned him high marks in the real estate world for his energetic, informed, and responsive manner with every client whether they are selling or buying.

When not focusing on the needs of his clients, Jack makes the most of what the North Shore of Long Island offers including our natural woodlands, biking, tennis, and, of course, our beautiful beaches.
